A Little About the Why Behind this Page 🌺
Our community is inundated with so much stigma when talking about mental health. Many find mental health to be just "depression," and "anxiety," and although those are VERY real and VERY much a struggle in many of our lives, struggling with mental may entail diagnoses that are not always easy to talk about. Thus, I thought of creating this community. I can't do it alone. There's power in community and I hope we can be there for one another.

Հոգեկան առողջության մասին խոսելիս մեր համայնքը ողողված է այնքան խարանով: Շատերը գտնում են, որ հոգեկան առողջությունը պարզապես «դեպրեսիա» և «անհանգստություն» է, և թեև դրանք շատ իրական են և շատ դժվար մեր կյանքում, հոգեկանի հետ պայքարելը կարող է հանգեցնել ախտորոշումների, որոնց մասին միշտ չէ, որ հեշտ է խոսել: Այսպիսով, ես մտածեցի ստեղծել այս համայնքը: Ես մենակ չեմ կարող դա անել: Համայնքում ուժ կա, և ես հուսով եմ, որ մենք կարող ենք լինել միմյանց կողքին.
