Join weekly Zoom calls, where Chad coaches athletes one-on-one in a group setting. You bring the questions; he brings the tools to boost confidence, focus, and mental strength. Calls are optional.

Who can join? Players, Parents, and Coaches

✅ Athletes: ages 9+ in any sport
Note: athletes any age can sign up for app and watch videos, however live calls for players ages 9+
✅ Parents + Athletes Siblings added to app for free
✅ App includes: training videos, mindset courses, ebooks, tapping meditations to calm nerves, and more in the "classroom."

🗓 Calls: Sundays at 4 PM PST & Mondays at 6 PM PST(Zoom link in app calendar + emailed 1 day prior)
