I deeply believe that self mastery is the only way to freedom, peace, and living a life of purpose. Having God by your side and living a life of certainty will allow you the opportunity to achieve your goals, and more.

We are going to go through frameworks that I have personally used to lose 80+ lbs and counting, convert the darkest times of my life into my purpose, and what I am currently doing to overcome challenges and adversity.
