I am Cristal, a wounded healer whose journey has been about alchemizing pain into wisdom. For over 20 years, yoga has been my grounding path, leading me to certification and the joy of teaching adults, children, and individuals with special needs. My work weaves together yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, womb healing, and attachment theory to guide others toward wholeness. Sound healing restores harmony on a cellular level, while breathwork and meditation bring presence and release. Womb healing empowers women to reclaim their energy, transforming ancestral and personal trauma. Kundalini awakening has shown me the intensity and beauty of spiritual growth. Attachment theory offers insight into relationship patterns, helping create healthier connections. I also share my voice through collaborative publications, Awakening Starseeds and Poems from the Heart. My calling is simple: to hold space where others can heal, grow, and awaken to their highest selves.
