Welcome to the Forever Investor Community, where you can transform your financial future! Here, individuals come together to discuss budgeting, real estate investing, goal setting, and making money work for you.
This community was started so that we can share our journey to financial freedom. Through budgeting, living below our means, being super focused on intentionality with our finances, talking, arguing, and constantly learning we have a wealth of knowledge that we want to share. Many of the founding members of this community are like minded individuals, and couples that have followed our journey, and have similar goals, and aspirations of financial freedom. Tricia and I have worked in real estate for the past twenty years, and back in 2014 we decided that we wanted to replace our income with something more passive. We now own 24 rental units that pay all our living expenses, we have a lot more time, a lot less stress, and a lot more money. Welcome to our story.
