I have nearly three decades of experience helping teams around the world achieve their goals.

I have also achieved a lot of my own goals. I’ve traveled the world, learned foreign languages, lived in other countries, walked 500 miles across Northern Spain, earned an advanced degree, owned my own business, raised two children and more. Someone once told me that many of her friends talk about their dreams, but I'm the friend who makes her dreams happen.

We all have things we talk and dream about doing, but everyday life gets in the way.
