Each year it's the same news; reimbursements are going down, and the cost of running a practice continues to go up.

Couple this with a community of two things:
1\) People trying to sell you shit constantly making it hard to know who to trust and work with
2\) Harsh competition driving a very isolated mentality with no one to ask the questions and be a mentor
