Seeing my friends and coworkers lose their joy, their compassion and their enthusiasm, I felt “called” to start this community. Whether you're feeling overworked, undervalued, or struggling to find balance, this space is here to support you. We’re a group focused on mindfulness, wellness, personal development and strategies to combat stress while maintaining the compassion and dedication that brought us to nursing in the first place. Together, we’ll share self-care practices, tips for work-life balance, and emotional support from others who truly understand the weight of our roles.
