I know how tough it can be—back in 2019, I was grinding 50+ hours a week in construction before discovering rent-to-rent, specifically rent-to-SA, and deal packaging. It wasn’t smooth sailing, but by learning from mistakes and teaming up with people who complemented my skill set, I turned a side hustle into a thriving business.
In 2021, I partnered with Kishan, a London-based lawyer, and we co-founded Win Property, growing to 20+ units, including BTLs, serviced accommodations, HMOs, and rent-to-SAs. Last year, we welcomed Vish, an ex-Ops Director of 3 major banks, to scale our sourcing arm, now working with clients investing millions.
