I started Athlete Foundations after years of dealing with hip pain, an ACL tear, and endless groin strains — and being handed the same useless rehab drills over and over.

This space is for anyone who's tired of being stiff, sore, or held back by pain. Whether you're stuck at a desk all day or trying to get back to training, you'll find step-by-step routines that actually work.

I’m building a full course library — starting with hips and knees, then expanding to back, shoulders, and full-body strength.

Each plan includes a bodyweight phase, a weighted progression, and eventually a full system to tie it all together.
