Kelsey Dexter, MD: Endocrinologist, mitochondriac, and herbalist, teaching and embodying vitalism through nature connection, circadian health and a metabolic flexibility framework. My mission is to improve the well-being of the collective through group education, public health initiatives, and individualized support.
Heather Petersen, BS, CHES: background in biology and public health, health educator, passion for quantum biology and circadian health practices. On a mission to reverse chronic disease and improve health outcomes through education and compassion.
