Hi! I'm Christine, a pelvic floor physical therapist who has personally experienced the struggles of pelvic floor dysfunction, with a history of incontinence and pain. But, that is no longer holding me back.

I understand the frustration and discomfort that comes with these issues because I’ve been there. Through my work, I’ve helped countless women and men regain control over their bodies and improve their confidence and quality of life.
