I am a Certified Executive and NeuroCoach, dedicated to promoting a brain-based "Growth Mindset" in various professional fields. My approach merges neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality to craft growth strategies. I believe the right mindset, tools, and support can lead to overcoming obstacles, improving team results, and achieving success. With extensive experience, I founded BPL to ignite curiosity, share knowledge, and fortify the "leadership muscle" in personality and execution.
