Heyooo I’m Paden, a non-CS major from a non-target school who still made it to Google as a Software Engineer.

Along the way, I saw firsthand how messy, confusing, and isolating the tech career journey can be. I’ve been through it all, and the one thing I never found was a real community built to actually help.

The Offer Club is my attempt to change that in Software Engineering.

This isn’t a place for endless lurking, it’s a space built to help you break into tech, land offers, and stay growing.
