Welcome! We are gearing up for evolution! In this classroom you will learn the simple tools that will accelerate your personal process, evolution, and journey to wellness. Please see a video of the courses offered here in the post on the community page called "What's in this Classroom". In your first month enjoy Spiral One, and BreathPower One and Two, three courses that will set the foundation for your Transformative Learning adventure. Within one month of using the practices and exercises you will notice more calm and flexibility within your nervous system, reduced physical tension, more emotional balance and mental clarity. Work your way through the spirals and BreathPower modules each month and within 9 months you will have all you need to BE all you can BE. In tier 2 you will receive live coaching in an online classroom setting. In tier 3 you will receive one-to-one coaching. I am excited to share this revolution in education with you. Enjoy!
